Dana Wilcox, LCSW
THERAPIST
Dana Wilcox is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan, from adolescence through end of life, in a variety of settings.
She believes that each person is unique and shaped by their individual experiences, relationships, and circumstances. Because of this, Dana takes a person-centered approach to therapy and works collaboratively with each client to find what feels most helpful and meaningful for them.
Dana supports clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and the many challenges that can come with change.
Her approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. She draws from a versatile range of therapeutic skills and strategies and believes therapy works best when the approach is tailored to each client's individual needs, goals, and personality.
Dana became a therapist because she believes in the power of an open, nonjudgmental, and trusting space to support healing and growth. In working with Dana, clients can expect a safe and inclusive environment where they can unpack the hard stuff, process their experiences, gain new perspectives, and reconnect with themselves and their own sense of direction.
Outside of the office, Dana enjoys spending time with her two dogs, relaxing at the beach, exploring the outdoors, and curling up with a good book.
Dana looks forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
