One of the most impactful statements I read in the book “I Wasn’t Ready to Say Goodbye” was “you never get over it, you get through it.”
I am not going to pretend to have the right answers or to know what you are feeling. I understand it may feel like there is nothing anyone can say or do to relieve this unbearable pain. What I can offer you is a compassionate space to talk about your loved ones, your feelings and experiences, and your loss, as we work together to navigate through your grief.
